What do you do in Lake Havasu when you’ve been there before?
We had already been to the bridge but we had never taken the ferry ride over to Havasu Landing Casino. The casino is on the California side of the lake and unless you want to drive 90 miles around, the easiest way is to pay the $2.00 per person fee and get there is about 20 minutes.
The ferry takes off from just below the bridge so we were able to take some pictures while we waited.
I was on the wrong side of the ferry to get a very good picture but that’s the casino. Very small. After leaving a little money there, we hopped on the ferry to go back.
That’s a picture of an rv park right on the water.
Coming back into dock. It was a fun trip. Enjoyed the ferry ride but not the casino so much.

WOW...for $2, there would be no way we would drive 90 miles. Looks like the weather is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI'm still waiting for Jeri to teach me how to win instead of lose at casinos. Glad you at least enjoyed the ferry ride.
ReplyDeleteWe did that ferry ride and casino too. Just like you, it was a great ferry but we didn't care for the casino either.
ReplyDeleteWow, we did not know! Next time.
ReplyDeleteSorry we will miss you, but good suggestions for our time there. Travel well, and we'll look forward to your visit in August!
