Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Ed and I cooked a small turkey with our stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and peas. Turned out okay, if I do say so myself. I'm not used to cooking for only the two of us...this is the first year since we've been married that we've been alone. We've had an enjoyable day, watching the parade and are now watching the second football game of the day. Very relaxing...now we go back to work tomorrow and will probably be working 5 - 10 hour days from now until we leave. At least we don't have the 11 hour days. You wouldn't think that one hour would make that much difference, but it does.

Weather in Coffeyville hasn't been to bad so far, no nights with freezing temps yet. Let's hope it stays this way until we leave. We've been doing really good conserving our propane. Thankfully, we have a 50 amp site here, so we run our little heaters, and use our heat pump anytime the temps are above 40 degrees. We broke down yesterday and bought another electric blanket (we got rid of our other one when we left Virginia)so we set the thermostat down to 55 last night and we were nice and toasty in bed. We will have to get propane next week though, and hopefully we will make it through the month and not have to go again. They have a city ordinance here in Coffeyville, they won't deliver to motorhomes, so we will have to move and get it. We used to have to do that in Virginia in the winter so we know the routine, and the place we have to go is just down the road a bit.

That's all for now.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!
